Jay founded All Metro Inspections in 1990. He is a licensed Professional Home Inspector with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). To date, he has performed over 11,500 home inspections in the DFW metroplex and surrounding counties. Jay not only has 30 years of experience inside, on top and under homes, he holds a wealth of knowledge related to environment factors that affect the integrity of a home. Prior to becoming a home inspector, Jay was the owner of a home building company and also has experience in the oil and gas industry.

Jared followed in his father's footsteps and received his Professional Home Inspector license with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Prior to becoming a home inspector, Jared was a supervisor in the hospitality and customer service industry for ten years.
