Custom Inspection Reports
Home inspection reports are exhaustive and thorough. All of our reports include custom comments and detailed photos to help explain our findings and recommendations. Some competitors use 'canned' responses using the same repetitive comments over and over in every report they write.

24/7 Customer Assistance
All Metro is always open! Our phone and email are answered by a real human, usually Patty Poe. We will work with your schedule and real estate agent to book your appointment and complete your report as quickly as possible. All Metro does urge buyers to be present during the inspection, if possible, so that we can verbally walk you through what has been found. We will spend as much time as necessary to answer all of your questions.
